Malheureusement sur le site de l&rsquo;INTA, aucun lien hypertexte ne pointe vers le fichier audio ou une page qui h\u00e9berge le fichier audio ! L&rsquo;\u00e9pisode dure un peu moins de 40 minute et est annonc\u00e9 comme suit :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarah Burstein on Design Patent Law, Doctrine &amp; Policy<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this episode, Sarah Burstein, Professor of Law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, discusses her influential article \u00ab\u00a0The Article of Manufacture in 1887\u00a0\u00bb and her draft paper \u00ab\u00a0Whole Designs.\u00a0\u00bb Among other things, Burstein describes the history of design patent protection and the subject matter of design patents, in theory and in practice. She then outlines the various arguments and judicial opinions in Apple v. Samsung, and explains why the central problem was a mistaken understanding of the term \u00ab\u00a0article of manufacture\u00a0\u00bb as used by Congress in 1887.
