Les produits et services vis\u00e9s sont de nature assez vari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ces d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sont (dans certaines classes) ant\u00e9rioris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fr%C3%A9d%C3%A9ric_Michalak\">un sportif<\/a> -\u00e9voluant en \u00e9quipe de France- s&rsquo;est pay\u00e9 la demoiselle d&rsquo;une autre fa\u00e7on : il l&rsquo;a devanc\u00e9e d\u00e9but mai 2010 aupr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;INPI.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Mise \u00e0 jour (30 aout 2010) :<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rmc.fr\/editorial\/123985\/la-mise-au-point-de-michalak\/\">RMC<\/a> a contact\u00e9 l&rsquo;agent du rugbyman, qui d\u00e9ment avoir proc\u00e9d\u00e9 au d\u00e9p\u00f4t :
